You need to use your voice, talk to players, eg arms straight up...
Once you blow your whistle, spit it out and use your voice... out of court or say the violation explain to the kids, what they have done wrong.
You need to work more with your other ref, keep eye contact on whistles.
You worked hard getting up and down the court, which is great make sure you move your feet to be in the best possible position.
Keep working hard.

Remember to always use your voice, this will stop a lot of calls which need to be made

Remember to plant your feet before you begin to signal to the bench.
Run in straight lines up and down the court, don't run backwards.
