Your body language suggested that you did not want to be there and that you were not interested in the game. He has a good court presence and good demeanor, however he needs to work on his penetration in trail in order to keep the players boxed in. He also needs work on his hand signals as they were sloppy and all over the place. I spoke to Tom about this and went through the hand signals with him. If Tom keeps trying to improve and keeps a good attitude he has potential to be a good referee.   10/02/2015
