27/06/2015  Brown, Dylan  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  10:30 AM  P. Use of voice was good, be preventative not reactive.
29/10/2014  Brown, Corey  Moody, Daryl  WED Afternoon  07:30 PM  Maybe needs to work on game management techniques for this level of game; probably more talk & less whistle. Again, needs tougher games to be fairly judged.  05/11/2014
23/05/2015  Brown, Corey  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  05:10 PM  P. Mechanics/signals ; stop/ freeze/ sell, then go to space and express yourself to bench. If thr refs stop play due to signal from bench, play resumes from nearest spot on sideline. it does not go back to original throw in spot.

19/11/2014  Brown, Corey  Spratt, Patrick  WED Afternoon  06:10 PM  Watch the defence, if they are moving across and are the ones causing the contact with the offence then we need a whistle.   24/11/2014
13/07/2015  Brown, Corey  Pratt, Mitchell  MON Night  08:40 PM  P. You reffed a strong game and worked well with your partner. Well done.
09/05/2015  Brown, Corey  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat PM  02:40 PM  Corey you were in full winter uniform which was great but you must look like you want to be on court. When the players run, you run. If they walk, then you can walk providing your not lagging behind.

You used your voice, trying to prevent the foul which was great, but you need to be louder. Use your voice to save the whistle. Talk louder "Keep hands off" etc.

05/08/2017  Brooks, Nathan  McKinnon, Trish  Saturday  11:50 AM  Nathan stronger whistles and louder voice will help gain the respect needed on court. Sell it....
Don't forget to plant your feet before signalling to the bench
Move down closer in trail.

14/10/2019  Bronte Baxter, Bronte  Bannister, Cory  Monday  5:10 PM  Blow your whistle louder, this will gain your confidence a little for when you blow fouls and violations.
05/03/2020  Brobbel, Lara  Spotswood, Nathan  THU Afternoon  06:15 PM  Easy game so not really tested. Identify girls wearing plaits before tip-off. Both looked confident reffing together. Excellent use of voice, verbally supportive of team that was losing so as to keep them feeling positive and keep trying. Made a decision to make a late travel call out of area which was correct (Gave partner a chance to call it and the made a late call, perfect). Sometimes a bit too low on trail for free throws (make sure you can see feet of players lined up opposite you). Sometimes needs to be a bit wider on lead to see the whole play (eg. travel on Blue 19 near side line. Wonderful explanations to players after they traveled. I was very impressed overall, well done.
05/03/2020  Brobbel, Lara  Armstrong, Andrew  THU Afternoon  05:35 PM  Don't let shooter run in before ball hits the ring. Communicate with scorers a bit earlier if the arrow is pointing the wrong way to save confusion. Point with two fingers. Try not to raise a fist and then open it as a violation (can confuse your partner). 5 sec count too slow. Work on ball toss. Make sure you look like you want to be there (eg. jog to position to signal to bench). Voice could be louder and more consistent. Signals were clear and sharp. Looked very professional. Call travel if player rolls onto their side so as to teach them. Lots of great calls, controlled the game well.  04/05/2021
