Like I said GREAT uniform for summer but the new referee by laws have been released check the DBA website for them it says not for winter.  		11/09/2013 
15/11/2013  Djuric, Natasha  Russell, Tracey  Friday Night  7:00 PM  Natasha at this level using your voice is very beneficial in controlling games and if they don't listen blow it. As your new to refereeing Friday nights it had taken a little time for you to settle in but once you did your confidence showed with more of these games under your belt I can only see your refereeing getting stronger. When speaking with you about thing to work on your like a sponge wanting to absorb everything this is a good quality to have then its up to you what you do with it.   07/12/2013

29/08/2015  Dielemans, Mitch  Spicer, Barry  Sat Am  12:10 PM  Mitch appears very focused with a professional attitude towards his game. Voice/preventative officiating was not obvious to me from the stands but Mitch had good control of the game and received positive responses from players. Mitch looks very good on court. His uniform looks good except his shoes. Winter uniform requires BLACK shoes. A white tick (Nike) is OK but white soles is not correct uniform.  07/09/2015

Lead ; Must penetrate inside when players drive to basket or keyway, get the best view by being inside. Run harder to get to lead on Fast breaks; get there first, don't coast. Use your voice strongly as an instrument of communication. Back it up with strong sharp signals.
