27/11/2019  Muot, Nyaneng  Lincoln, Steven  Wednesday  05:30 PM  Nyaneng you have show alot of great things on court as a referee i spoke to you about movement on the court and you were able to pick up a more fouls rather than just being complacent with what is just their keep up with the good work you shown in your last two games and keep improving great job.
18/05/2019  Munnikhuis, Kye  Stephens, Colin - LM  Saturday  01:00 PM  Shorts. You tend to stay out wide in your lead position when all the play is in the key way. A more senior game required to evaluate you. Definite improvement since last time I saw you.
18/05/2019  Munnikhuis, Kobe  Stephens, Colin - LM  Saturday  01:00 PM  Shorts. Need to call the fouls that happen in front of you remembering that contact is a foul at this level. Keep working hard and you will improve.
15/10/2016  Muley, Charlie  Moyle, Allan  Saturday  10:10 AM  In games like this one you should be using your preventative voice to coach the players out of reaching in on the ball carriers.
22/11/2013  Mpota, Kasseka  Reinshagen, Lee  Friday Night  7:00 pm  You look great out on the court just make your hand signals stronger, take your time with your calls and don't forget to point which direction the ball is going when you blow your whistle . You did a good job making calls that your partner was missing but there were more calls that you could have made as well. Don't forget your count especially in the back court and when passing the ball in. Your voice is terrific and your movement on the base line in lead and in trail is also good. When you are in lead you don't need to signal the 3 point shot to the bench.
06/11/2013  Mpota, Kasseka  Spalding, Andrew  Wednesday  8:30 PM  You have a good rapport with the players and you communicate well. You have obvious self-confidence and your conduct on court generates confidence in you from the players.
10/08/2013  Mpota, Kasseka  Blakeley, David  Saturday  5:40 PM  Kass is a diamond in the rough has all the makings of a A grade referee needs to remember to be in position in lead and don't let laziness beat him and to signal strong when calling and signalling to the bench
22/08/2015  Motta, Mia  Russell, Tracey  Saturday  11:20 AM  Mia it was good to see you refereeing again it has been a while, you refereed quite ok. Mia your Shirt was not tucked in at the back and looks sloppy. Maybe if you get a belt Mia it might help stay tucked in.  30/10/2015
12/11/2016  Motley, Joel  McKinnon, Trish  Saturday  11:00 AM  Big improvement on your mechanics, try to keep your arm as high as possible, when making foul calls.  08/06/2017
14/05/2016  Motley, Joel  Callaghan, Stuart  Saturday  11:00 AM  Joel needs to improve his mechanics, especially when making calls to the scorers bench. he also must work harder on trail, ensuring he gets lower on trail so he can make better judgement on calls.   08/06/2017
22/03/2019  Moscrop, Ben  Stephens, Colin - LM  FRI VJBL  7:40 PM  Communication other than with your whistle is now a big part of the game.   04/07/2020
01/11/2018  Moscrop, Ben  Morrey, Chris - LM  Thursday  07:00 PM  Learn to use the voice to help prevent having to make calls when voice could prevent them.   04/07/2020
30/01/2017  Morton, Dylan  Pratt, Mitchell  MON Night  08:40 PM  P. Great communication at the time of incident e.g. 12 hands foul

Your whistle is strong and demands attention, keep it up. Now fix the small 1% such as count signals and bench signals to get the polish required.

I could hear some ta;lk to the players, "keep them straight up" etc but would have loved to hear more. You have a strong voice so save the whistle and prevent the foul with voice where possible.
