23/11/2013  Wood, Ryley  Manhire, Allan  Saturday  11:50 AM  The short shorts with the undergarment (Skins) showing is not ideal. Shorts need to be longer as I think you have grown taller.   24/11/2013
23/11/2013  Wood, Mitchell  Manhire, Allan  Saturday  11:00 AM  You are prepared to get up and down the court just work on getting your mechanics right and your calling of the game will improve.  07/12/2014
02/11/2014  Wood, Mitchell  Moyle, Allan  Sunday  05:10 PM  Talk to the players and let know that you are seeing behaviours that will attract a foul.  07/12/2014
30/08/2014  Wood, Damon  Harvey, Gary  Saturday  11:50 AM  As discussed on court be prepared to penetrate deeper when the play goes to the board and don't stay stuck on the one side of the court. goto the ball as required.
30/11/2013  Wood, Damon  Reinshagen, Lee  Saturday  3:10 PM  You have the best penetration in trail but make sure it is at the appropriate time. You still have to get over closer to the other side of the court when the ball is in area 3 and move around the top of the 3 point line when the ball is in the key. Don't forget to blow your whistle when calling a sub so you partner knows what's going on. The possession arrow should not be turned till the ball has been passed in. Make sure you call the centre line violations and try not to make calls out of your area.  06/12/2013
20/06/2015  Wolski, Rebecca  Morris, Steve  Saturday  02:00 PM  We need to remember to use the signals, Blow Whistle, put Hand in the air (stop clock), hand comes down (like a chopping block) to start the clock  05/11/2019

22/05/2019  Witt, Kristen  Tomazic, Nick  WED Afternoon  06:10 PM  at times your voice was really good, lets make it all the time not just some of the time.  16/07/2019
30/03/2019  Witt, Kristen  Green, Prue  Sat PM  04:00 PM    29/04/2019
07/11/2015  Witt, Kristen  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat Am  11:20 AM  P. Need to talk to the Defence more, use the voice, tell them to play good D.

You have a great big loud voice so use it, great when you call to the bench.

03/03/2017
01/03/2017  Witt, Kristen  Pratt, Mitchell  WED Afternoon  07:00 PM  Voice and confidence is great! You own the court and nobody was going to take that off you.

But use that booming voice to talk the players out of a foul. "Play good D"etc.
11/04/2019
08/12/2015  Witt, Anthony  Spratt, Ken  TUE Night  08:40 PM  P. Voice was good but just be careful not to say "good D" when in a shared area.
Tidy up the uniform. If you look the part it helps a lot.
18/06/2016
17/06/2019  Witt, Anthony  Pratt, Mitchell  MON Night  08:00 PM  Looked the part.
19/04/2016  Witt, Anthony  Pratt, Mitchell  TUE Night  08:40 PM  P. Really good small talk with players like Dave Pickard to settle him down and diffuse situation, make sure you don't get sucked into a 4 hour chat though

Need to action voice and preventative officiating. Be stern with your voice and whistle. Make them listen and understand if they don't then they will be penalised.

28/10/2015  Witt, Anthony  Pratt, Mitchell  WED Afternoon  06:10 PM  P. Really good voice, was great to hear. Saved the whistle and talked them out of the foul. Perfect!  18/06/2016
13/12/2014  Witt, Anthony  Karwan, Ben  Sat Am  10:30 AM  Anthony uses his voice well, especially given his experience. I'd encourage him to keep this up, especially as be begins to referee more challenging games. He is very receptive to feedback and consistently looking for ways to improve.  18/06/2016
