Settle the hustle down a bit and use more voice to get players to play the way you want them to. More like a coach on court than a referee, just ensure you talk equally to both teams at both ends of the court.  19/07/2016

Kyle appears capable of reffing at a higher level, U/14, U/15, U/16 boys would help him develop as a referee. Must challenge himself. Certainly looks good on court. Hustle into position. Beat these little players into position to ensure you can make the correct call.
