30/01/2017  Johnson, Kyle  Pratt, Mitchell  MON Night  09:30 PM  P. Need to talk to the players more before and after the call. I hear your voice being strong on free throws etc, but make sure to get the point across on directions and signals. Put a loud voice on the action.

If you can see a player about to foul use phrases such as "play good D" to prevent the foul.

Move with purpose to look more interested. You know what you are doing, so look confident. Look like you own the game.

30/01/2017  Morton, Dylan  Pratt, Mitchell  MON Night  08:40 PM  P. Great communication at the time of incident e.g. 12 hands foul

Your whistle is strong and demands attention, keep it up. Now fix the small 1% such as count signals and bench signals to get the polish required.

I could hear some ta;lk to the players, "keep them straight up" etc but would have loved to hear more. You have a strong voice so save the whistle and prevent the foul with voice where possible.
