15/11/2014  Pakoti, Nikea  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  05:10 PM  Believe in herself; the more you call the more you will be right & the easier it will become. Keep going.
23/08/2014  Jackson, Mitch  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  3:30 PM  Work closer to 3pt. line when dribbler goes to keyway. Be closer to be more credible. Held concentration on low level contest.
14/11/2015  Jackson, Mitch  Spratt, Patrick  Sat PM  02:40 PM  P. Need to use your voice when refereeing, talking to the players and telling them to keep there hands out is going to keep there hands out and then if they do put them in they have no where to go.
09/05/2015  Dobie, Braedon  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat PM  02:40 PM  Braedon today you looked professional in terms of uniform but your attitude appeared to be lacking. Remember to look interested and like you want to be at the game.

You need to use your voice more, be loud and confident. Save the whistle and use your voice "keep hands out" etc. This will make your job easier.

27/06/2015  Hossack, Jack  Hall, Glenn  Sat PM  01:50 PM  P. Do not for any reason wear a nose ring while you are on the court as a referee!! Be aware of subs wanting to come in. Your partner was blowing the whistle for the subs to come in, you put the ball in and play continued instead of the subs being allowed to come in. In respect to calling the game, Stevie Wonder could have reffed this game. Very slow and everything was very obvious. Not many calls to make at all
23/05/2015  Lyssenkoff, Monique  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  04:20 PM  P. Slow down on signals, freeze and make them pay attention. project yourself with strong voice.  28/11/2015
25/07/2015  Lyssenkoff, Monique  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat PM  01:00 PM  P. Need a louder voice, tell them how to play D. "Keep hands out" "play good D" etc. Prevent the foul.

Great coach communication on the ball advancement!

09/05/2015  McGrath, Connor  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  01:00 PM  Inject you personality into your calls; eg Great block by player; sell it with great signal. Get a buzz out of it.  07/03/2016
27/06/2015  McGrath, Connor  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  01:50 PM  P. Confidence; believe in yourself ; then show everyone else. Strong signals.  07/03/2016
27/06/2015  McGrath, Connor  Hall, Glenn  Sat PM  01:00 PM  P. Shooter & ball carrier protection was good. Court coverage and moving to find & keep the gaps was well displayed. Travels are a big issue. Far too many huge travels not called. 2 steps before the dribble and 3 steps lay ups must be called.   07/03/2016
25/07/2015  Johnston, Skye  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat PM  01:00 PM  P. Your voice could be heard at points but if you are going to be successful in your A grade attempt you need to be louder. Use more preventative talk and tell them what you want. "play good D" "don't be the hands in" talk them out of fouling!

Great communication with coaches re ball advancement!! Was great to see your rule knowledge and communication skills at work.

09/05/2015  Johnston, Skye  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat PM  03:30 PM  Looked the part and reffed it well. Looked like you wanted to be on court.  05/08/2015
07/11/2015  Johnston, Skye  Spratt, Patrick  Sat PM  4:20 pm  P. Need to bust your butt to get to position in lead, too many times you were just jogging into lead which is causing you to miss foul calls.  19/03/2017
08/11/2014  Johnston, Skye  Spratt, Ken  Sat PM  06:00 PM  Skye is very fit and presents herself well when refereeing.
Use of preventative voice was very good which helped the game flow. Just remember to sell your calls and be confident from start to finish
10/11/2014
17/05/2014  Johnston, Skye  Black, Neil  Sat PM  2:40 PM  Exceptional presentation. Skye worked really well with her partner and both looked the part, as well as calling a good game.  19/03/2017
30/08/2014  Wuersching, Zac  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  3:30 PM  Continue using voice as preventative measure; good use of secondary signals. Sharpen up on signal sequence.  08/03/2020
30/08/2014  Wuersching, Zac  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  4:20 PM  If you want to be 'A' grade, maintain yourself all the time. Don't drop off on soft games.  08/03/2020
27/06/2015  Griggs, Callum  Hall, Glenn  Sat PM  01:00 PM  P. Shooter & ball carrier protection was good. A lot of huge travels not called. Signals overall were very weak and lazy as was keeping up with the game and court positioning. The overall look of the body language that everyone could see and a few spectators were commenting on, was that you looked like you didn't care about the game and didn't want to be there. A lot of work is needed to bring you up to B Grade standard.
08/08/2015  Pedersen, Carey  Payne , Robyn  Sat PM  03:30 PM  P. Your communication with Joey was great. Get a bigger voice when talking to the players. A bigger voice can show you are confident. Don't forget a belt then your shirt will stay in.   03/04/2016
25/07/2015  Menzies, Ann-Maree  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat PM  01:50 PM  P. Preventative officiating such as "keep hands out" "play good d" are more effective then after the contact saying good D or "he was straight" Once again the idea is there just need to polish it.

As we spoke about and i know you don't mean to come off this way but don't be confrontational with your foul call. Being confident on calls is good and its great to tell them what they did wrong but take a breath after the call, and tone it back. Chill out a bit and save the big confident dominant sell for the 50/50 calls.
