22/05/2014  Foote, Nicholas  Black, Neil  THU Night  6:30 PM  A well presented young official with good skills.  12/07/2014
13/08/2015  Foote, Nicholas  Spratt, Ken  THU Night  08:30 PM  NEVER USE YOUR PHONE ON COURT!!!!!!
it shouldn't even be in your pocket. very unprofessional.

use of voice was lacking in this game, talk to the players so you can prevent calling fouls.

19/03/2015  Kane, Tayla  Geritz, Jason  THU Night  06:30 PM  Use preventative voice to encourage good defence before bad defence happens. Encourage players to play good defence but do not "coach" them what to do. Leave that up to them.
13/11/2014  Andreola, Jordan  Spratt, Ken  THU Night  06:30 PM  Worked well with partner. No issues on an easy A grade game.  18/05/2015
06/11/2014  Groeneweg , Jesse  Pratt, Mitchell  THU Night  07:15 PM  Strong whistle and looked the part, just make sure you use more voice, encourage the good defence.  21/08/2018
20/11/2015  Downes, Ethan  Pratt, Mitchell  FRI VJBL  21:40  P. Looked the part mate, well done  21/02/2017
27/05/2016  Downes, Ethan  Pratt, Mitchell  FRI VJBL  20:40  Look very professional on court but find the line between calm and casual. You needed more of a presence with your partner to demand some respect!

TALK MORE EARLY AND THROUGHOUT
22/02/2017
29/05/2015  Sans, Ebony  Moody, Daryl  FRI VJBL  07:40 PM  P. Open up with your voice; use it to prevent fouls if possible. When you call I/d the player 1st sell it there, then progress to the bench to signal.
08/05/2015  Laity, Brenton  Pratt, Mitchell  FRI VJBL  21:40  Looked the part, as professional as any ref could be. Just be strong, look confident, stand tall and be loud. Use the voice and talk to the players. At this level they will respond  25/11/2015
27/05/2016  Laity, Brenton  Pratt, Mitchell  FRI VJBL  20:40  Look great on court. But demand some respect, You needed more of a presence with your partner to call with confidence! Looked intimidated at points.

Found this late in the game but needed it early

Your extremely hard on yourself, if you think you stuffed. fix it next call. Don't dwell in the past! You were going well.

NEED TO USE YOUR VOICE WITH PO MORE. Your talk at deadfall is great but make sure that you prevent the soft contact.

27/05/2016  Canaider, Liam  Pratt, Mitchell  FRI VJBL  18:40  Great on court presence

Very calm with coaches but remain in control. don't let them think they can walk all over you!

17/04/2015  Johnston, Skye  Moody, Daryl  FRI VJBL  20:40  Watch carefully the free hand action of dribbler; do they clear space or are they pushing off. use your voice to clarify what is allowable.  05/08/2015
19/07/2013  Cullinan, James  Arnold, Sharon  FRI VJBL  7:40 PM  looks good on the crt  24/05/2017
26/07/2013  Cullinan, James  Black, Neil  FRI VJBL  7:40 PM  James should hustle to clear the players rather than casually walk around them. Although this does convey a calm approach, it can also look a little lazy.  22/07/2015
27/05/2016  Morgan, Trent  Pratt, Mitchell  FRI VJBL  19:40  Look the part, very sharp on court appearance but... You looked too casual in the last tight minutes. Adjust your body language and put more emphasis on calls to look more in the moment. Calm is great but casual is not! Fine line.

Need a louder voice to avoid soft calls, you were talking minimal amount of times but not with purpose or assertive enough in transition.

10/01/2018
17/07/2015  Fowler, Matt  Pratt, Mitchell  FRI VJBL  19:40  P. Hair, if your touching it your not concentrating.

Need to get loud, demand good D and when they play illegal defence penalise them. "Keep hands out" etc

27/05/2016  Fowler, Matt  Pratt, Mitchell  FRI VJBL  19:40  DONT PRANCE!!! Run Hard or jog to position. Don't waltz. (When bumbling around high trail)

Worked well with your partner, well done

Need a louder voice to avoid soft calls, you were talking minimal amount of times but not with purpose or assertive enough in transition.

17/07/2015  Tuffin, Ryan  Pratt, Mitchell  FRI VJBL  21:40  P. SHOES. Black shoes are the dress code. Not black with white soles, not predominantly black. It says Black. No variation. This is not domestic basketball anymore, this is one step under VC.

Other than this you presented your self very well.
