Settle the hustle down a bit and use more voice to get players to play the way you want them to. Kyle appears capable of reffing at a higher level, U/14, U/15, U/16 boys would help him develop as a referee. Must challenge himself. Certainly looks good on court. Hustle into position. Beat these little players into position to ensure you can make the correct call.

Answering a player's questions rather than walking away and ignoring them aids to smoother game management. Ensuring you are consistently clearing the players before signaling to the bench. As a group all referees needed to use their voice, this would have taken some of the tensions out of the game.
