28/06/2014  Winstone, Lloyd  Spicer, Barry  Sat Am  11:20 AM  Use of voice was good but avoid over using voice as players become immune to what is said. Avoid saing "don't put your hands in". As an alternative say "play good defence". Then when they foul there is no come back.
Lloyd looks very good on court. Very neat and professional appearance. Very good trousers and referee shoes.

24/06/2015  Winstone, Lloyd  Pratt, Mitchell  WED Afternoon  04:30 PM  P. You looked the part! Looked like a ref so well done. But You need to use your voice more, get louder, "keep hands out" etc.
24/09/2019  Wisley, George  Pratt, Mitchell  TUE Night  07:00 PM  You need to look interested in the game!! Your body language is key for when you need to present the calls. Look sharp.

When you give the warning you need to be more assertive. Make sure everyone know. Communication.

More voice! Prevent the little fouls by using your voice. "Keep them out etc.

19/04/2016  Witt, Anthony  Pratt, Mitchell  TUE Night  08:40 PM  P. Really good small talk with players like Dave Pickard to settle him down and diffuse situation, make sure you don't get sucked into a 4 hour chat though

Need to action voice and preventative officiating. Be stern with your voice and whistle. Make them listen and understand if they don't then they will be penalised.

I'd encourage him to keep this up, especially as be begins to referee more challenging games. He is very receptive to feedback and consistently looking for ways to improve.  18/06/2016
