05/11/2014  Potter, Andrew  Morris, Steve  Wednesday  7:10 PM  Andrew use your voice to let the players know that you are watching them.  05/11/2014
29/07/2014  Potter, Andrew  Morris, Steve  Tuesday  6:45 PM  Slow Down with your signals, there is no need to add extra hand signal in to and Out of Bounds call, Hand straight up to stop the clock then point the direction.  11/10/2014
14/05/2013  Potter, Andrew  Morris, Chris  Tuesday  8:15 PM  instead of talking to the players during the game you need to call more fouls. when we seecontact we need to call a foul.  21/06/2015
29/11/2013  Potter, Simone  Reinshagen, Lee  Friday Night  9:00 pm  Did not hear any voice out there and you need to make sure your shirt is tucked in. When calling your fouls make sure you get a strong fist with the whistle. I could see you were trying to make calls that your partner was missing as well but that also made you miss some. Please make sure you always switch when necessary and try to get up the court and into position quicker. In transition if you both make the call let trail go to the bench and then you can get back into lead quicker.  09/07/2023
17/11/2013  Potter, Simone  Moyle, Allan  Sunday  6:00 PM  In Lead look back to support your Trail Official to make sure nothing is happening close to you. Penetrate the Key and move along it. You are a bit intermittent at the moment.
As discussed in an earlier report get off the base line in Lead and give yourself better vision. This might help with some missed violations.
Trail position, you were slow getting into trail and that is a problem in games of this speed where they are tearing into offense on fast breaks. Need to be quicker to move into trail even if that means you are running past players to get to a position to support the Lead Official.
You dealt with a technical cross court decision very well, even though the coach was upset. Your call was correct. The Coach was advised by me accordingly. I would like you to deal with any problems with the benches. You have matured as a referee and part of the next stage is engaging the coaches and communication with them.
I would still like to see your hands higher on signals. We talked about fouls, bench signals and Violations directional signals.
You called a good game, well done.

20/11/2013  Potter, Simone  Moyle, Allan  Wednesday  6:40 PM  The emphasis in this game was on your signalling and development of stronger calls. You have done well in further developing these skills. They will only get stronger as you progress. Good game  28/04/2016
28/08/2013  Potter, Simone  Moyle, Allan  Wednesday  7:40 PM  Need more penetration on lead keep moving along the base line to be in the best position.
Generally try to call first foul. Some of the hand checking and push fouls missed in the first half. This was remedied in second half but need to work on positioning. Blocking and charge calls very well called.
Watch 3 second violations and maintain 8 second count in trail.
You have taken on board comments in first half and act on them in the second half well done.

29/05/2016  Potter, Simone  Manhire, Allan  Sunday  06:30 PM    09/07/2023
22/02/2014  Potter, Simone  Deutscher, Stef  Saturday  2:20 PM  This was an easy game for you guys to officiate, as above just make sure you stick to your own areas - trust your partner. We discussed your trail position being too high/far away, whilst its good to step back to widen your view don't come so far back that you're out of the play completely or in tougher games you will start missing calls.  09/07/2023
16/11/2013  Power, Catherine  Spalding, Andrew  Saturday  8:50 AM  You need to work on your fitness. You are not staying ahead of the play in lead. There was no communication with players but this should improve as you start to call more fouls and develop self-confidence.  16/03/2014
15/12/2015  Pratt, Lincoln  Spratt, Ken  TUE Night  07:50 PM  P. Good attitude to the game and made sure to give it a good amount of effort.
08/12/2013  Pratt, Lincoln  Punton , Gaye  SUN Night  6:50 PM  I have discussed the above remarks with Linc and he is aware and will concentrate on improving.  22/06/2015
09/11/2015  Pratt, Lincoln  Hall, Glenn  MON Night  08:40 PM  No preventative voice at all during the game, some reactive voice used. A very good Unsportsmanlike foul called in last 5 minutes of the game. Signals in general were not great or clear and require a lot of work. Using high hands foul signal for all hands fouls which is not the correct procedure. This needs to be corrected
13/11/2014  Pratt, Mitchell  Spratt, Ken  THU Night  06:30 PM  Mitch is a good role model to younger referees. Presents himself very well and is a credit to Kilsyth.   14/11/2014
15/12/2015  Pratt, Mitchell  Spratt, Ken  TUE Night  07:00 PM  P. Great attitude to the game, great use of voice and preventative officiating.
Fitness was no issue as you get up and down the court with ease.
However you have red hair....

02/06/2014  Pratt, Mitchell  Potts , Michael  MON Night  7:00 PM  Mitchell presents in a professional manner.
Application of preventative was reactive rather than being proactive.

30/08/2014  Pratt, Mitchell  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  4:20 PM  Hard to assess whilst working with trainee. Hass a good manner & accepts advice.  05/11/2014
09/11/2015  Pratt, Nicole  Hall, Glenn  MON Night  09:30 PM  At the start of the game you were just cruising and going through the motions of the game until you spotted me, then you did your job properly and kept up with the game after this. Standing on the baseline with your hands behind your back is a bad look. We discussed in the post game how to fix this so that it doesn't look so bad to everyone watching. Trail position requires work, movement, finding and keeping the gaps and angles. Signals need to be clearer and stronger and not to signal through players to the bench
