I did have the opportunity to watch you prior to this game and you maintained your standard on the night. As I said to you we need work on polishing you up a bit more. As mentioned to you, you sometimes look a bit disinterested. I know this is not the case from the discussions we had during the game where you participated and came up with very constructive comments. Your input was appreciated well done.

Brake clear of the players when in transition from lead to trail(or lead), stop and report to the bench and remember that the spectators need to know what you have called as well. If you don't like the game your refereeing if you fine it boring or you simply don't want to be there the best thing you can do is Pretend and do it anyway.
