19/03/2015  Ngauma, Alicia  Geritz, Jason  THU Night  08:00 PM  Use voice to encourage legal defence. Keep shirt tucked in. Take pride in your appearance. Push your signals out in front. Shows you are confident in your calls.
15/11/2014  Nicholas, Jordan  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  10:30 AM  Jordan needs to use his voice. He is very quiet throughout the game and at times appears to loose concentration. Press the split line in trail.Make your hand signals stronger so that they are easily understood by coaches and score bench. This also influences others that you have confidence in the decisions you are making.
28/06/2014  Nicholas, Jordan  Spicer, Barry  Sat Am  12:10 PM  Better use of voice to encourage players to play within the rules is needed, easy area ti improve on.
An improvement on hustle around the court to maintain angles and identify illegal contact would ensure Jordan improves his referee performance. Jordan would benefit from hustling across the court on his toes, ready to adjust position immediately it is necessary.
Jordan's uniform is very good but the length of his trousers needs some adjustment as they are scrunched up un top of his shoes. Other than the length of his trousers, Jordan's uniform is very good and professional. Well done.

22/11/2014  Nicholas, Jordan  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  10:30 AM  Hands on the dribbler/shooter need to be called. Count time in the back court. Sharpen up your hand signals so they are easier to read.

15/11/2014  Nicholas, Keisha  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  04:20 PM  Selling & better communication. Manage the game ; don't just call fouls. Pick up on the crucial stuff.  08/05/2017
01/04/2014  Nicholas, Keisha  Black, Neil  TUE Night  7:00 PM  Help the players to make the game more enjoyable at their skill level Keisha. Start with a good attitude and they may respond well. If they don't you can deal with them then.  19/04/2019
04/08/2019  Nichols, Gary  Murphy, Ryan   Sunday  6:00 PM
15/03/2013  Noyes, Jesse  Black, Neil  FRI VJBL  8:40 PM  Jesse has a good court presence, but his hair was becoming an issue in this game. Pants could be a littel shorter to not fold at the bottom. (As discussed, a difficult one to resolve)  11/12/2019
26/07/2013  Noyes, Jesse  Black, Neil  FRI VJBL  7:40 PM  Jesse kept up well with this level of game and had a good relationship with his partner, both officiating with the same idea of allowable contact and advantage principles.  11/12/2019
09/11/2015  Noyes, Jesse  Hall, Glenn  MON Night  08:40 PM  Need to trust your partner when it comes to areas. Stay home and worry about your own areas. Don't over read the play. Be mindful of what could possibly happen but don't blow the whistles and make a call until contact has indeed happened. Had 1 play on a triple team where everyone thought the ball carrier was going to throw an elbow but he didn't, a gap opened up in the d and he made his way out of the triple team without any contact, you made an offensive foul call. Be aware of what could happen but don't act until it does happen.  11/12/2019
12/05/2018  O'Brien, Mark  Roylance, Wayne  Saturday  11:45 AM  Need to make easy calls, use your voice to help having to make some calls  13/03/2019
29/03/2018  O'Connor, Cody  McKinnon, Trish  Thursday Jnr  06:50 PM  Cody you need to be in position in trail, as the ball moves deeper and down low, into the key you need to move to be able to see the gap, also in lead you need to move your feet to also see the gap.
Try using your voice more especially in trail, (arms straight up)
24/09/2018
23/11/2016  O'Connor, Cody  McKinnon, Trish  Wednesday Jnr  05:45 PM  Remember to use your warning whistle on base line in lead position and concentrate on your own areas.  24/12/2016
23/09/2018  O'Connor, Cody  McKinnon, Trish  Sunday  06:00 PM  Cody, try to be more approachable, take the time to use your voice and answer any questions and explain when necessary.
Louder voice needed, when signalling to bench.
Don?t forget your earring whistle on baseline.

16/08/2017  O'Connor, Cody  McKinnon, Trish  Wednesday Jnr  05:00 PM  Cody, keep the talking up to players especially on baseline and don't forget your warning whistle.
In lead make sure you are low enough and can see the gap.
