27/02/2019  McNamara, Montana  Bannister, Cory  Wednesday  06:50 PM  Good job in this area. I can hear your voice but make sure it is loud to everyone on the court. Voice your signals louder to the bench as well :) In the second half it looked like you were starting to doubt yourself. Make sure that you stay composed because you were doing a good job out there yourself as well as helping out your partner in their area.  17/07/2019
11/12/2018  McNamara, Montana  Bannister, Cory  Tuesday  05:10 PM  Very boring game but you need to use voice to let the players know that they need to play clean. This won?t just help clean up the game it will also help keep you concentrated especially during the boring games.  01/02/2019
16/10/2019  McNamara, Montana  Bannister, Cory  Wednesday  6:00 PM  Preventative voice in the backcourt especially in U12's where it can get scrappy quiet easily. Good job on explaining your calls to the players when they were unsure.

24/09/2019  McNicol, Riley  Pratt, Mitchell  TUE Night  08:40 PM  Need to use your voice and create a presence. Prevent the calls by using voice such as "Keep hands out" etc.  29/09/2019
06/09/2017  Mctigue , Mungo  McKinnon, Trish  Wednesday Jnr  05:00 PM  Mungo, more calls needed especially the obvious
violations need to be picked up.
Use you voice the louder the better.
Move across court in transition.

20/07/2019  Medew, Lucas  Stephens, Colin - LM  Saturday  03:15 PM  Well done on receiving your black and whites. Don't forget to inform your supervisor of this when you are next on. Will be good to see you on senior games. Well done.  05/05/2021
25/07/2015  Menzies, Ann-Maree  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat PM  01:50 PM  P. Preventative officiating such as "keep hands out" "play good d" are more effective then after the contact saying good D or "he was straight" Once again the idea is there just need to polish it.

As we spoke about and i know you don't mean to come off this way but don't be confrontational with your foul call. Being confident on calls is good and its great to tell them what they did wrong but take a breath after the call, and tone it back. Chill out a bit and save the big confident dominant sell for the 50/50 calls.
06/09/2015
09/08/2014  Menzies, Ann-Maree  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  4:20 PM  fitness , transition speed. Understanding of new mechanics, ball in off end line not the side.  06/09/2015
