09/06/2015  Lopez, Rhys  Warren, Ken  Tuesday  06:00 PM  Rhys needs to show he wants to be on the court and freeze on foul including calling consistently.   02/02/2017
02/06/2015  Lopez, Rhys  Warren, Ken  Tuesday  07:30 PM  Not a bad performance. Didn't blow the obvious contact. Face the bench when calling subs. Hand signal when shooting must be used.   07/06/2023
30/01/2021  Loring, Mason  Whitehead, Tim  Sat Am  08:00:00  Needs more confidence and a louder voice to sell the calls you are making. Ensure your signals are clear and strong, and make sure you are stationary when signalling to the bench.

Work on using your voice to prevent the contact from happening in the first place, saying things like hands out or straight up can be beneficial overall.

05/03/2020  Loring, Mason  Spotswood, Nathan  THU Afternoon  04:55 PM  Don't rely on partner too much. Notice the kinds of calls he is making and be consistent at both ends. Call obvious travels so players learn and develop. Jumpball signal needs to be higher and visible. Don't always go down tram tracks in trail, get to splitline if necessary so you can get the angle and players can hear your voice. Signals 11-15 are with both hands. Penetration in trail was good. Looked very professional. Could have called it tighter but game was kept in control.
29/11/2014  Louw, Keanan  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  10:30 AM  Use your voice to talk players out of fouling. Stop and stand still until you completely finish your signals to the bench. Keep calling fouls and your confidence on court will grow.  05/12/2014

21/11/2018  Lucey, Angus  Manhire, Allan  Wednesday  06:50 PM  Look a little more interested. Use your voice and communicate. After a foul call, tell the player what you have seen ie "Number 5, you got him on the arm."

20/08/2014  Lynch, Damon  Green, Prue  WED Afternoon  7:00 PM  He needs to use his voice more.  18/02/2016
11/11/2015  Lynch, Damon  Spratt, Patrick  WED Afternoon  07:00 PM  P. Do you have a voice box?
Talk to the players, if you can prevent a call by talking to the players, that is better than having to blow your whistle. Having said that if the foul is there call it, but if you tell a player to take their hands out and they don't, then they have no argument when you call a foul.
