Found this late in the game but needed it early

Your extremely hard on yourself, if you think you stuffed. fix it next call. Don't dwell in the past! You were going well.

NEED TO USE YOUR VOICE WITH PO MORE. Your talk at deadfall is great but make sure that you prevent the soft contact.  		07/02/2018

A couple of times you were a bit slow down the court in lead, run hard and get there, set yourself and then referee, we don't like to referee on the run.  		31/01/2016

Ball watching an issue which will need further input from Referee Coaches formally and informally.
Josh noticeable worked on his lead position under the basket during the second half.

If you had confirmed your position in the game at quarter time with the Team Manager and asked for the coach to speak to you he may not have gone straight to the supervisor with his unfounded concerns.  08/04/2019

09/05/2015  Laurie, Matt  Spratt, Ken  Sat Am  11:20 AM  looked good on court, refereed well. just work on talking to the kids and trying to prevent the fouls from happening in the first place. with this make sure you can be heard at the other end of the court. this way if you then need to call a foul after trying to prevent it they have no way to argue because you've already told them not to.  21/05/2015

I would like Trav to start speaking with his fellow ref when walking to court on how they will ref the game. Trav is getting into bad habits as he consistantly helps his junior refs out by making their calls.
