Signals, need to practice. Whistle needs to be blown harder. Very hard to hear at the moment.
Neither you nor your partner shook hands with the Coaches prior to the game. It is important to establish a good relationship with the coaches at the start of the game.

Lead referee movement under the basket limited with little penetration to the centre of the key. Move back off the line to increase field of vision.
Missing major contact on “fast breaks” not in position in lead to make call, if caught out of position in lead move to a position behind the players to view the offensive players progress to the basket.
No backcourt 8 second count.
Voice control generally very good and appropriate communications with players and coaches.
Need to call a lot more contact as pointed out over the back fouls in rebounding situations.

- Sharpen up your signals - come to bench, stop and deliver clear strong signals.
- Coach management, warn early then penalise.
- Movement in trail, make sure you work hard to make sure you get the calls in your areas.
