08/06/2016  Gaudion, Brent  Spratt, Patrick  WED Afternoon  05:20 PM  P.Need to make sure that we are using voice in order to try and prevent players from fouling, rather than being reactionary.  03/10/2018
07/11/2015  Gaudion, Brent  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  10:30 AM  P. HAIR!!!!! Stop touching your hair! You moved your hair out of your eyes 7 times. Please tie it back or use bobby pins. The choice is yours. If you are busy with your hair then you are not fully concentrating on the game. You missed a few calls at the start but then seemed to settle. Not sure if it was the nerves of being evaluated but you cant let that affect you. You need to be hitting the mark from the start. I couldn't hear you on court. Use preventative talk especially at this age. On the baseline in lead. Eyes Down. You kept watching the shot. This is trails job. You are to watch the players. This where I saw a lot of contact occur. You need to be on top of this. Be confident and keep trying you will do well.  03/10/2018
09/12/2015  Gaudion, Brent  Green, Prue  WED Afternoon  07:50 PM  P. Used voice well but call straight up instead of good.  03/10/2018
09/08/2014  Gaudion, Brent  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  4:20 PM  Just sharpen up on some signals, slow down sequence, no need to rush.  03/10/2018
09/05/2015  Gaudion, Kylie  Spratt, Ken  Sat Am  11:20 AM  very good in this area as well. maybe just work a bit harder on your preventative talk as it was hard to hear at times, and at that level it never hurts to talk more. in saying that though it was loud so i wasnt too worried with that.  09/10/2022
10/02/2016  Gaudion, Kylie  Spratt, Ken  Wed AM LADIES  11:10 AM  P..very impressed with the level of fitness shown in this game, sprinting down the court every play to make it before the players beat you, and following the play in trail was very good.  09/10/2022
23/05/2015  Gaudion, Shannae  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  04:20 PM  P. No problems on this game.  23/04/2021
19/07/2013  Gaudion, Shannae  Arnold, Sharon  FRI VJBL  6:40 PM  too quite on the crt. use voice as a tool to let the players know what they are allowed to do.
preventative officiation required this will come with reffing with more experienced officials.
23/04/2021
17/02/2014  Gaudion, Shannae  Spicer, Barry  MON Night  7:00 PM  Shannae talks to players but has a quiet voice. A louder voice that all players can hear along with the coach will ensure they all know what you are asking for. Appearance is EXCELLENT, professional and an example to not only Kilsyth referees but also visiting referees when officiating VJBL games.  23/04/2021
