28/10/2015  Feller, Nick  Payne , Robyn  WED Afternoon  05:00 PM  P. Good communication with other Ref. As we spoke you can use you voice more to talk to the players to prevent the fouls or let them know when the D is good. Voice just needs to be a little louder and when talking to the players in this situation you need to get closer don't just run the line. Try not to let the foul count get to 9-0 find a foul even if it is "soft". This will make for better game management.   24/03/2017

29/07/2019  Foley, Ben  Stephens, Colin - LM  Monday  07:00 PM  Good use of voice. Signals good to the bench. Showed good confidence. Awarded you your B grade. Now you will be a role model to green shirts and C graders. Be prepared to be rostered on older age groups and seniors so that you can improve even more. Well done!

13/08/2015  Foote, Nicholas  Spratt, Ken  THU Night  08:30 PM  NEVER USE YOUR PHONE ON COURT!!!!!!
it shouldn't even be in your pocket. very unprofessional.

use of voice was lacking in this game, talk to the players so you can prevent calling fouls.

12/07/2014  Foote, Nicholas  Black, Neil  Sat Am  11:20 AM  Well presented official.
13/12/2014  Foote, Nicholas  Karwan, Ben  Sat Am  10:30 AM  Nick had a good attitude towards the game and listened to feedback given. He would benefit from using his voice more proactively to keep the game flowing.  14/08/2015
17/11/2015  Fowler, Matt  Spratt, Patrick  TUE Night  07:00 PM  P. Need to use our voice more especially when refereeing seniors. Make sure that we are moving in both lead and trail so that we can see the gap and make the call.  06/05/2016
08/11/2014  Fowler, Matt  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  10:30 AM  Matt uses his voice at times. This could be a little more often and a little louder to be heard. Good loud whistle. Keep working on getting in front when in lead and press the split line in trail. Keep up your professionalism on court and your willingness to take advice and learn. You have a good future ahead if you want it.  12/04/2015
08/05/2013  Fowler, Matt  Spratt, Julie  WED Afternoon  8:20 PM  Matt's use of his voice is intermittent. When used in preventative occasions it is loud and clear. This will improve with experience. During this game even though Matt was the junior referee he took control of the game and gave the appearance of confidence and control and the coaches appeared to gravitate towards him positively.  06/05/2016
17/07/2015  Fowler, Matt  Pratt, Mitchell  FRI VJBL  19:40  P. Hair, if your touching it your not concentrating.

Need to get loud, demand good D and when they play illegal defence penalise them. "Keep hands out" etc

27/05/2016  Fowler, Matt  Pratt, Mitchell  FRI VJBL  19:40  DONT PRANCE!!! Run Hard or jog to position. Don't waltz. (When bumbling around high trail)

Worked well with your partner, well done

Need a louder voice to avoid soft calls, you were talking minimal amount of times but not with purpose or assertive enough in transition.

23/05/2015  Fowler, Matt  Spratt, Patrick  Sat PM  01:00 PM  P. Make sure you are identifying the correct fouls and calling them to the bench and make sure that you hustle down the court in order to see the play develop.
11/11/2015  Fowler, Matt  Spratt, Patrick  WED Afternoon  07:00 PM  P. Talking was okay in this game but would like to see a bit more, or a bit louder so you can make sure that all the players will hear you.
Siganls to the bench were much too soft in this game. If you give weak signals to the bench it looks as though you are unsure and can lead people to question calls. Be strong and sell your signals.
