20/11/2015  Goldsmith, Todd  Geritz, Jason  FRI Afternoon  05:45 PM  Greater communication to the players throughout the game will help your interaction.
20/11/2015  Goldsmith, Todd  Geritz, Jason  FRI Afternoon  04:35 PM  Ensure the contact is called as a foul, this is easy to maintain the consistency throughout the game.   02/12/2015
20/11/2015  Downes, Ethan  Pratt, Mitchell  FRI VJBL  21:40  P. Looked the part mate, well done  21/02/2017
21/11/2015  Earl, Harry  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  09:10 AM  P. Voice you need to talk to the kids. There was a lot of contact under the basket which was let go to start with. By talking using preventative phrases such as "Hands Off, Hands Out, Be straight, Play good D" this will help you feel part of the game. Smile and relax. You made the right calls but you look rigid and nervous. If you look like you are enjoying what you are doing this will help your confidence and will stop coaches wanting to question you. First half you didnt call much and the second half you went out and set the standard. This caused a bit of noise from the parents and coaches, you need to do this from tip off and coaches realise that their teams have to play properly. Set the standard early and teams adjust quickly. You have potential keep working at it and you will make it to B grade.  28/05/2017
21/11/2015  Allsopp, Ryan  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  09:10 AM  P. You need to talk more to the kids. Talk them out of fouls. You were better in the second half. You spoke t them and told them what they were doing wrong. This should have happened from the beginning. It would have been a different game. make your signals to the bench crisper. Dont be wishy washy make your signals strong. Come to a stop when signalling to the bench. Show confidence. Enjoy being on court. Watch the contact under the basket. Again this improved in the second half.
24/11/2015  Crosby, Connor  Punton , Gaye  TUE Night  07:00 PM  P. Again positioning on the base needs to improve. Don't back off on a shot for goal, as when there's a turnover you are already near the centre line and have to run back to 3 point line
24/11/2015  Dielemans, Shahn  Green, Prue  TUE Night  08:40 PM  P. Using your voice will prevent a lot of unnecessary fouls or contact.
24/11/2015  Pratt, Nicole  Green, Prue  TUE Night  09:30 PM  P. No secondary signals. Do not use your hands for a no call use your voice.
24/11/2015  Martin, Russell   Punton , Gaye  TUE Night  07:00 PM  P. Russell has had a calf injury a while back, but he did put in a great effort in getting up and down the court. Also in transition Russell tended to head to lead, not watching the play.Russell tends to lean instead of move. We spoke about this and he said he wasn't aware but will watch it .
24/11/2015  Gugele, Sarah  Green, Prue  TUE Night  09:30 PM  P. Avoid secondary signals, use voice to say - straight up.
24/11/2015  Obersnel, Nathan  Green, Prue  TUE Night  08:40 PM  P. You need to moderate yoour voice on calls as you sound angry at times.  17/01/2016
26/11/2015  Brown, Corey  Spratt, Patrick  THU Night  07:00 PM  P. Use of voice was lacking in this game, need to talk to the players in order to make sure you are keeping them in check and that you are controlling the game.
26/11/2015  Spratt, Ken  Spratt, Patrick  THU Night  07:00 PM  P. Wasn't really much voice used in this game, would have liked to have heard a bit more as I feel the players would have reacted well to the voice. Even though the game did not get out of hand it's just something to keep in mind as an elite referee.   27/11/2017
28/11/2015  Di Simone, Alex  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  03:30 PM  P. Don't be a ball watcher; speak out to prevent fouls. Lead ; Must penetrate inside when players drive to basket or keyway, get the best view by being inside. Run harder to get to lead on Fast breaks; get there first, don't coast. Use your voice strongly as an instrument of communication. Back it up with strong sharp signals.
28/11/2015  Laity, Brenton  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  03:30 PM  P. as above.  07/02/2018
08/12/2015  Witt, Anthony  Spratt, Ken  TUE Night  08:40 PM  P. Voice was good but just be careful not to say "good D" when in a shared area.
Tidy up the uniform. If you look the part it helps a lot.
18/06/2016
08/12/2015  Crunden, Maddy  Spratt, Ken  TUE Night  07:50 PM  P. Good talk but you don't need to explain everything in great detail.
Just make the call, sell at point of call, then call to bench and keep going
Wait for them to ask before explaining yourself otherwise it looks like you're trying to convince yourself rather than them.

08/12/2015  Eleanor, The Artist Formerly Known as  Spratt, Ken  TUE Night  07:00 PM  P. No issues
08/12/2015  Brincat, Kerry  Spratt, Ken  TUE Night  08:40 PM  Love the swearing cunt.
