26/07/2015  Woolley, Jesse  Spratt, Julie  SUN Night  06:00 PM  P. Could not hear you communicate to the players during the game at all. Long way behind the play in trail.
26/07/2015  Searle, Ellie  Spratt, Julie  SUN Night  06:00 PM  P. Where your communication was consistent and loud do not get into the habit of saying "good d" This can bring you unstuck if your partner sees a foul and calls it. Directive from Barry recently was we are not to coach the players we are to officiate. Use techniques such as "Straight Up". Even after the contest for the ball you can then say "Good D".   17/10/2015
30/07/2015  Morgan X, Phillip  Spratt, Ken  THU Night  08:30 PM  P. You looked as though you had control of the game from start to finish, however there were a few times you were noticeably tired. This comes back into don't work too hard if you don't have to. Again it's great to see the effort, but remember you have multiple games to ref on a session, that's why it's so important to work on your mechanics, which will lead to being more comfortable on the court, which will have a significant effect on your in game fitness.  23/02/2022
30/07/2015  Pedersen, Carey  Spratt, Ken  THU Night  08:30 PM  P. No issues here
Preventative voice was there but got better in 2nd half.
Keep working on that.

01/08/2015  Outhred, Ryan  Moyle, Allan  Saturday  01:00 PM  Need to talk more to players, let them know what they can and can't do.Missed calls in lead a real issue. Ball carrier not protected. We discussed reasons for missing or not making the calls. Your penetration in lead needed be deeper. Had the opportunity run a game on Sunday with you and you had made the appropriate adjustment.Well done.  04/10/2015
01/08/2015  Maxwell, Allan  Moyle, Allan  Saturday  01:00 PM  Need more voice control and participation in the game let the players know you around. As above set the tone of the game at the start of the game. Talk with your partner about your collective approach to the game. At the start of the game you and your partner looked disinterested. We need you to display a more switched on performance.  02/08/2015
01/08/2015  Endozo, Gabriel  Russell, Tracey  Saturday  12:20 PM  Start trying to use your voice more, especially under the basket to help prevent fouls and violations. example- If the defence is leaning over the shooter, simply by saying straight up, straight up could prevent a shooting foul.
01/08/2015  Struylaart, Brooke  Russell, Tracey  Saturday  12:20 PM  Brooke you need to make more of an effort to get into position in trail and make strong confident calls and clear signals, to have a stronger presence on court.  23/01/2019
01/08/2015  Benson, Emma  Russell, Tracey  Saturday  01:10 PM    27/03/2018
08/08/2015  Obrien, Jayden  Moyle, Allan  Saturday  01:50 PM  Hard to make an assessment when you were injured and only able to walk to position. In this case it would have good to hear more voice control. Normally fitness is very good. Will need to evaluate another game.  16/08/2015
08/08/2015  Chatwin, Joey  Payne , Robyn  Sat PM  03:30 PM  P. Great communication with ref. Spoke to Joey about letting players know whose foul it was before going to bench,so players are standing around thinking is it me. He did say that he did do this.   10/09/2017
08/08/2015  Outhred, Ryan  Moyle, Allan  Saturday  01:00 PM  Great to see that you are taking on board the inputs from the ref manager, coach and advisor. You are doing well, keep it up.  28/02/2017
08/08/2015  Pedersen, Carey  Payne , Robyn  Sat PM  03:30 PM  P. Your communication with Joey was great. Get a bigger voice when talking to the players. A bigger voice can show you are confident. Don't forget a belt then your shirt will stay in.   03/04/2016
08/08/2015  Craig, Adam  Moyle, Allan  Saturday  01:50 PM  Need a belt? Voice control was good. As discussed you could probably drop the volume a little. Need to pick up more fouls and violations.  15/02/2022
08/08/2015  Bould, Adam  Moyle, Allan  Saturday  01:00 PM  You are fit enough to get into position but you are not committing to your lead trail positions.
Signalling and calling needs improvement. Bench reporting - Break clear of play and report to the bench stand still and report. Would like to hear more voice. Your appearance is OK, your physical demeanour needs more authority and polish. Practice making calls in front of a mirror.
16/07/2016
13/08/2015  Foote, Nicholas  Spratt, Ken  THU Night  08:30 PM  NEVER USE YOUR PHONE ON COURT!!!!!!
it shouldn't even be in your pocket. very unprofessional.

use of voice was lacking in this game, talk to the players so you can prevent calling fouls.

13/08/2015  Murphy, Jamie  Spratt, Ken  THU Night  08:30 PM  just bring a positive attitude to every game and try and make each game better than the last. no referee is going to be able to go out to a game and say they were perfect, but there's no harm in trying
15/08/2015  Stelfox, Ben  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat Am  10:50 AM  P. No voice that i could hear, get louder, speak to the players and they will respond, save your whistle when you can.
15/08/2015  McGrath, Kyle  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat Am  12:10 PM  P. Great voice, I could hear you from the stands on K1 and it was great to hear. Just keep on using it more consistently, especially early in the game.  14/09/2016
15/08/2015  Kane, Tayla  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat Am  10:50 AM  P. No voice?
