15/11/2014  Lindeman-Collins, Trav  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  10:30 AM  Use your voice more eg "hands out/off" By being preventative you would have cut down a lot of your work. Dont forget to press the split line. Very easy game for Trav.

15/11/2014  Fraser, Jonathan  Moody, Daryl  Sat PM  04:20 PM  Slow down; use secondary signals & voice to help sell calls. Don't ball watch out of your area. Discern between slight contact & foul contact in one on one contests.  05/08/2015
15/11/2014  Smark, Jordan  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  11:20 AM  Jordan needs to use his voice and talk to the players. This will help his confidence. Relax and enjoy yourself. Keep calling fouls. The more you call the easier it becomes.  09/02/2015
15/11/2014  Nicholas, Jordan  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  10:30 AM  Jordan needs to use his voice. He is very quiet throughout the game and at times appears to loose concentration. Press the split line in trail.Make your hand signals stronger so that they are easily understood by coaches and score bench. This also influences others that you have confidence in the decisions you are making.
