05/11/2014  Morison, Stephen  Morris, Steve  Wednesday  7:10 PM  Need to improve your fitness level
05/11/2014  Herrmann, Branden  Morris, Steve  Wednesday  6:25 PM  Use of voice could have prevented some of the conflict and reduced the amount of fouls
05/11/2014  Magana Cruz, Jordan  Morris, Steve  Wednesday  6:25 PM  Use of voice could have prevented some of the conflict and reduced the amount of fouls  11/11/2014
05/11/2014  Canaider, Liam  Pratt, Mitchell  WED Afternoon  05:50 PM  We're in correct uniform looking the part. Used a very strong voice to the bench, continue this on in game to prevent bad defence. Eg "keep hands out"   27/05/2016
05/11/2014  Sainty, Fynn  Spratt, Patrick  WED Afternoon  05:50 PM  Fynn needs to work on staying concentrated on the game. In a close game situation you cannot afford to have a lapse in concentration and unfortunately this is what happened during this game.
05/11/2014  Thompson, Matthew  Pratt, Mitchell  WED Afternoon  05:50 PM  Looked the Part, good attitude but need more voice "Keep hands out" etc  22/02/2015
05/11/2014  Taylor, Tom  Spratt, Patrick  WED Afternoon  05:00 PM  Tom is a good young referee. He has a good court presence and good demeanor, however he needs to work on his penetration in trail in order to keep the players boxed in. He also needs work on his hand signals as they were sloppy and all over the place. I spoke to Tom about this and went through the hand signals with him. If Tom keeps trying to improve and keeps a good attitude he has potential to be a good referee.   10/02/2015
05/11/2014  Pedersen, Carey  Spratt, Patrick  WED Afternoon  05:00 PM  Carey needs to move more and penetrate further in trail in order to be able to see the contact and make the call. Carey will be a very good referee if she is able to improve her confidence on court and 'assert her power' as the person in charge on the court.  09/08/2015
06/11/2014  Groeneweg , Jesse  Pratt, Mitchell  THU Night  07:15 PM  Strong whistle and looked the part, just make sure you use more voice, encourage the good defence.  21/08/2018
06/11/2014  Nicholas, Keisha  Pratt, Mitchell  THU Night  07:15 PM  Keisha presented her calls well and showed why she is an A grade official.  19/04/2019
08/11/2014  Gaudion, Shannae  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat PM  01:00 PM  Voice was good when it was there. Be louder, get the voice on more plays if they don't listen then penalise with a crisp whistle.  23/04/2021
08/11/2014  Dundas, Jodie  Pratt, Mitchell  Sat PM  01:00 PM  Need a lot more preventative talk. Save the whistle, talk the player out of the foul. Eg. "Keep hands out" etc  14/11/2014
08/11/2014  Fowler, Matt  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  10:30 AM  Matt uses his voice at times. This could be a little more often and a little louder to be heard. Good loud whistle. Keep working on getting in front when in lead and press the split line in trail. Keep up your professionalism on court and your willingness to take advice and learn. You have a good future ahead if you want it.  12/04/2015
08/11/2014  Tuffin, Ryan  Spratt, Ken  Sat PM  06:00 PM  Preventative talk goes a long way. Talk the players out of it. If they don't listen to you, then it's their fault.   12/11/2014
08/11/2014  Borg, Adam  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  10:30 AM  Adam is newly graded and only refs Saturday mornings. He is keen to learn and take advice. With more sessions under his belt Adam should improve not only with his confidence but his foul selection. Use your voice a little more Adam. The more you talk to the players the more confident you will feel and the better you will feel about calling fouls. Adam is fit and professional looking on court.
08/11/2014  Johnston, Skye  Spratt, Ken  Sat PM  06:00 PM  Skye is very fit and presents herself well when refereeing.
Use of preventative voice was very good which helped the game flow. Just remember to sell your calls and be confident from start to finish
10/11/2014
08/11/2014  Woods, Fraser  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  11:20 AM  Use your voice more. This will help build your confidence on court. When on baseline in lead keep your eyes down and watch the players, trail will watch the basket. Good movement on court just penetrate the split line when play is over the far side.  11/12/2014
08/11/2014  Black, Jamie  Spratt, Julie  Sat Am  11:20 AM  Jamie is very tall and can be clearly seen by the scorebench when calling his fouls, however, Jamie needs to go around the paint and clear the players when making his calls. Good whistle use your voice more in preventative officiating and this will help your confidence.
09/11/2014  Kothainayagam, Previn  Moyle, Allan  Sunday  05:40 PM  Need to hear you more on the court. You are a bit quiet. Talk to the players let them know that you are watching.   14/09/2015
