Your voice needs to be louder. You need to engage players with a prevenative voice. "Hands out" "Dont reach" that sort comment can eliminate the need to make a lot of calls.  24/10/2014

Preventative voice. Need to hear more preventative voice lead and trail.
Signals need to practice. Whistle needs to be blown harder. Hard to hear at times.

A few times he got caught signalling a call that was the opposite to what his partner was calling. sam needs to hold on the call and make eye contact with his partner first, before signalling the call.
